Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and drive team performance on the ground. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily execution of inbound and outbound activities while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operators to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet operational targets

• Ensure proper storage, handling of goods, and adherence to 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards

• Maintain sufficient consumables and ensure equipment availability for operations

• Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in good working condition and schedule periodic maintenance

• Manage manpower allocation and assign daily tasks effectively

• Monitor team productivity, operational accuracy, and safety compliance

• Train, guide, and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and efficiency

• Identify and report operational issues, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory responsibilities

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good understanding of warehouse processes, safety standards, and operational procedures

• Ability to manage manpower, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and equipment (MHE knowledge is an advantage)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
