Academia Portfolio Lead is responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end agency learning architecture. This role owns curriculum standards, flagship program design, trainer certification (TTT), and ensures that learning initiatives are outcome-driven and aligned to business strategy.1. Learning Architecture & Curriculum Design

Develop and maintain structured learning pathways (Agent to Leader).

Own flagship program design and continuous updates.

Define learning outcomes and align them with business-linked KPIs.
2. Program Ownership & Governance
-
Appoint Program Owners for each flagship initiative.

Conduct quarterly curriculum reviews and refinement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
3. Trainer Development & Certification
-
Design and implement TTT frameworks.

Certify and calibrate trainers against facilitation and coaching standards.

Build trainer capability to support scalability.
4. Learning Impact & Continuous Improvement

Design and oversee Learning Impact Dashboard.

Analyse feedback from Regional execution teams and refine programs.
5. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
-
Partner RHOT and AD Team to anticipate future capability needs.

Present curriculum strategy and impact updates to senior management.
Job Specification:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience
- Strong experience in learning design, curriculum development, and trainer capability building.
- Exposure to agency or sales‑driven training environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
