Account Executive

About The Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Renuv Holdings , a pioneering sustainable innovation company. Here, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Assist in closing accounts, preparing monthly financial statements, and completing administrative tasks like document filing.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash & bank management, and journal entries.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and other relevant authorities.
• Assist in completing company tax filings.
• Take on additional assignments as needed by the Financial Controller or top management.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a commitment to teamwork.
• The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic.
• Strong written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. (Mandarin fluency preferred for handling Mandarin reports).
• Possession of your own transportation (preferred).
