Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for assigned clients and provide support to the Account Director and Account Manager to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and brand requirements, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met according to agreed briefs and schedules.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control by reviewing work thoroughly to ensure accurate, error-free, and high-quality outputs.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation, including work-in-progress reports, contact reports, meeting minutes, and status updates in a timely manner.
  • Support the administration and execution of all account-related processes, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and team collaboration.
  • Participate actively in internal and client status meetings, providing accurate updates on project progress and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through on all assigned tasks and maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing and growing client brands through the effective execution of marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to strategic planning and account management practices through collaboration with senior team members.
  • Support the development and implementation of long-term account and brand strategies to drive client success and business growth.
