Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all accounts receivable activities.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in accounts receivable management.
  
  

Profile

A Successful Account Receivable Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
