Description

• Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
• Generate financial reports and provide analysis of receivables to the management team.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards in all receivable processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer billing inquiries.
  
  

Profile

A Successful Account Receivable Should Have

• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and team members effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure efficient resolution.
