Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and general ledger functions.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and supporting documents.

Monitor customer and supplier statements, ensuring timely payments and collections.
-
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
-
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records and transactions.
-
Perform data entry and update accounting information accurately in the accounting system.
-
Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external parties on accounting-related matters.
-
Support administrative and finance-related tasks as required.

Carry out ad-hoc duties and assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
-
Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or related field.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required.
-
Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
-
Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Good communication and organizational skills.
-
Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
