1. Ijazah/Diploma dalam Pengurusan/Pengurusan Pejabat, Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak, atau bidang berkaitan.

2. Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun dalam pengurusan pejabat atau bidang relevan.

3. Kemahiran komunikasi, kepimpinan, dan menyelesaikan masalah.

4. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutamanya Words & Excel) dan sistem pengurusan data.

5. Mahir dalam asas kewangan dan pengiraan.

6. Berdisiplin, bertanggungjawab, dan berminat dalam pendidikan kanak-kanak.

Job Scope:

1. Mengurus Operasi Harian: Memantau operasi tadika, kehadiran pelajar dan kakitangan.

2. Pengurusan Kakitangan: Mengatur jadual, memantau prestasi, dan memberi bimbingan.

3. Pemasaran: Melaksanakan aktiviti promosi dan proses pendaftaran pelajar.

4. Program dan Aktiviti: Merancang dan mengurus aktiviti pelajar.

5. Kewangan: Mengurus bajet dan menyediakan laporan kewangan asas.

6. Keselamatan: Memastikan keselamatan pelajar dan tadika.
