Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, courier items, and official documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of confidential documents.
  • Assist other departments with mail-related tasks as needed.
  • Keep the mail room organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years administration experience.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Willing to travel.
