The role
You will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves assisting the LM in managing day to day operations such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling courier/documents/letters, PO creation and arranging payment, liaise with building management, assist with meeting/events and any ad hoc request.

The role
You will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves assisting the LM in managing day to day operations such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling courier/documents/letters, PO creation and arranging payment, liaise with building management, assist with meeting/events and any ad hoc request.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical)
- Maintain office supplies and reorder when needed
- Raise PO and manage payment accordingly
- Maintain records of payment /reports
- Liaise with vendors, courier services, and service providers
- Coordinate event logistics (e.g. meetings, training, staff events)
- Has administrative experience and can operate confidently in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Brings strong communication and organization skills
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
- Is able to multitask and handle sensitive information discreetly
