Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales operational tasks, including preparing internal documents, maintaining order records, and processing sales-related paperwork.
  • Manage data entry, update tracking sheets, and maintain accurate records for operational reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth flow of sales operations.
  • Prepare basic operational reports, summaries, and documentation logs as required.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of materials for the corporate sales operations team.
  • Maintain well-organized digital filing systems and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the manager to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Office Administration, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a corporate team environment.
