Agronomist

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide agronomic support and technical advice to estate operations.Conduct field visits to monitor crop performance and recommend improvement measures.Analyse agronomic data and prepare technical reports.Assist in implementing best agronomic practices to improve productivity and sustainability.Collaborate with estate management to address agronomic issues and drive continuous improvement.Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation Management or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as an Agronomist will be an added advantage.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.Based at head office but must be willing to travel frequently to estates throughout Sarawak.
