About The Role

Own the overall product experience of Bitdeer AI Cloud, working across compute, storage, networking, and other product teams to build a simple, consistent, and scalable cloud platform for AI developers and enterprise customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Own the product roadmap and continuous evolution of the AI Cloud Console, APIs, and overall platform experience.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and service activation to resource deployment, management, usage, and billing.
• Build common platform capabilities across account and organization management, access control, resource management, usage and billing, notifications, and platform operations.
• Work closely with compute, storage, networking, and other product teams to deliver a unified cloud experience.
• Drive self-service and automation, reducing manual provisioning and operational processes.
• Engage with customers and developers and translate their needs and feedback into product solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Support to define priorities, build the roadmap, and drive execution.
  
  

How You Will Stand Out

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud, infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Experience building cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and developer/enterprise customer workflows.
• Experience with large-scale public cloud, AI cloud, or cloud infrastructure platforms is preferred.
• Strong product judgment, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and design through launch and iteration.
• Professional proficiency in English.
