What You Can Expect As AMS Executive.

• Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing - coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof
• Price calculations/preparations - coordination of prices within customer group
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market and customer analyses
• Claims management and coordination with technical and sales manager
• Continuous customer data management
• Customer correspondence (also in foreign languages including reporting)
• Close coordination with the Sales, SCM and Technology Managers on handling and coordinating a variety of situations
• Preparation and handling rebates based on the customer contracts
• Support in preparation of contract/SLA with cooperation of Finance, Sales, Technical and SCM
• Prepare and analysis of various reports relating to AMS & Customers
• All additional tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.
• Adhere to quality, safety, health and environment policy.
