Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Understand business needs and translating them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture) in Payroll.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage functional/non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the Application from planning to shutdown, aligned with IT Roadmap, while driving innovation, researching new products, and considering dependencies, e.g. infrastructure, technologies, other Applications.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance related corporate rules, guidelines and best practices, as well as regulatory requirements. (e.g. Cyber Security assessments).
- Ensure appropriate deployment, operation and maintenance according to our IT Service Management processes. e.g. setup of 1st/2nd/3rd Level-Support, monitoring, resilience, back-up.
- Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation, user manuals ,trainings (if required) and enterprise architecture modelling.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar.
- Experience in consulting HR business with focus Payroll.
- Experience in providing operational IT support for HR applications.
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Perfect English & Thai Language skills (written / verbal).
