Your Mission

Culture Activation & Embedding

  • Drive rollout and activation of the organisation’s Purpose & Culture framework across all business units.
  • Translate defined culture into practical behaviours and ways of working.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to embed culture into leadership practices and team routines.


Facilitation & Culture Interventions

  • Design and facilitate culture-related workshops, leadership sessions, and employee engagements.
  • Support leaders in driving culture conversations and behavioural change.


Culture Integration into Processes & Systems

  • Embed culture into key HR and organisational processes (e.g. onboarding, performance management, recognition, talent development).
  • Integrate culture principles into policies, SOPs, and ways of working to ensure sustainability beyond programmes.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to incorporate culture into systems and platforms (e.g., performance tools, engagement platforms).


Workforce-Wide Culture Programmes

  • Design and implement differentiated culture programmes that cater to leadership, executives, non-executives, and workers.
  • Ensure accessibility and relevance of culture initiatives across diverse workforce groups (including operational sites).
  • Drive inclusive participation to ensure culture is experienced consistently across all levels.


Culture Digitalisation

  • Drive use of digital platforms and tools to support culture activation and sustainment.
  • Develop and manage culture hubs, toolkits, and digital engagement platforms (e.g., SDG SharePoint).
  • Track culture adoption through dashboards, analytics, and digital insights.


Change Agent Network Enablement & Capability Building

  • Sustain a structured Change Agent network across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver training, toolkits, and guidance to enable Change Agents to drive culture locally.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistency in facilitation and messaging.
  • Monitor effectiveness and continuously strengthen the network.


Stakeholder Alignment & Implementation

  • Coordinate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent culture rollout.
  • Act as central coordinator for culture initiatives across regions and business units.
  • Manage external partners (e.g. consultants, facilitators, platform providers).


Culture Measurement & Sustainment

  • Define and track culture adoption metrics (e.g. engagement, participation, behavioural indicators).
  • Analyse feedback from surveys, sessions, and engagements to identify gaps.
  • Continuously refine initiatives to sustain and strengthen culture adoption over time.


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Psychology or Human Resources.
  • 5–8 years in organisational culture, transformation, or employee experience roles.
  • Experience in embedding culture into processes/systems (not just programmes).
  • Experience working across diverse workforce segments (incl. frontline/workers) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture and behaviour change.
  • Experience in culture activation and embedding into HR processes.
  • Facilitation and workshop design capability.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, and employee experience tools.
