About The Role

Assistant Manager / Manager, Valuation & Advisory (Kuching)

Department: Valuation & Advisory

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Role Overview

Responsible for carrying out valuation assignments for a wide range of property types, including site inspections, market research, valuation analysis, and report preparation. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery of reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and collect relevant property and market data
• Perform market research and analyse comparable transactions
• Prepare valuation reports for financing, accounting, acquisition, disposal, and other purposes
• Liaise with clients, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and update market databases and property records
• Manage multiple assignments and ensure reports are completed within deadlines
• Support business development and client relationship activities as required
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant valuation experience
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles and methodologies
• Good analytical, report writing, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for site inspections
