Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee transportation or transport operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in Senai, Johor.
- Coordinate daily transportation arrangements for employees between hostels and workplaces across all plants.
- Prepare and manage daily schedules for company bus drivers.
- Arrange ad hoc transportation for foreign workers, including medical appointments, government-related matters, company events, and other operational requirements.
- Monitor bus movements to ensure adherence to planned schedules and promptly address transportation-related issues and complaints from employees and drivers.
- Assist in processing drivers' overtime claims in the system.
- Prepare monthly transportation cost reports and expense summaries.
