You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being. The world opens up to you!

You will

• Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot
• Assist the Spa Manager in the organization, and the management of the spa
• Welcome the clients and organize the planning of their treatments
• Ensure the promotion, advice and sales of the treatments and beauty products so as to develop the Spa’s turnover
• Carry out different types of beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese..) according to the brand procedures with which Club Med works
• Guarantee the quality of our services,the satisfaction of our clients and their loyalty
• Control and monitor the level of training of the spa team
• Ensure the Club Med standards and respect hygiene and safety rules
• Promote your activity within the Resort
