Job Summary

To oversee and manage the packing operations of rubber gloves, ensuring efficiency, quality, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

• Lead and supervise packing line workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Provide training and guidance for packing staff.
  
  

Operational Oversight

• Ensure proper packing of gloves according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Monitor packing line machinery and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
  
  

Quality Control

• Inspect packed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions for defects or non-conformities.
• Maintain records of quality checks and packing reports.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce workplace safety rules and hygiene practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO and SEAL)
• Conduct regular safety briefings and audits.
  
  

Inventory & Documentation

• Manage packing materials (cartons, labels, sealing items) to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of packed quantities and daily output.
• Prepare reports for management on packing performance and productivity.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in glove manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO)
• Ability to troubleshoot packing line issues.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Factory environment with exposure to latex/nitrile gloves.
• Shift work may be required.
