Job Description:

Scope of Position

To support COD/ MSSR (Material Services Support Representative) in all issues related to the management of repairs/spares orders since creation until the material is received in warehouse and delivered to customer. To meet customer requirements and expectations in materials domain and ensure the fulfilment of contractual requirements of ADS (Airbus Defense and Space). Acts as liaison between ADS & RMAF (Royal Malaysian Airforce) and anticipate to MSSR and central any potential emergency related to material. Monitoring inbound and outbound Repair/Spares shipments flow for ADS.

Key Responsibilities

  • To meet customer requirements and expectations related to materials domain and ensure the fulfilment of contractual requirements of ADS.

  • Close contact with customer related to operative issues. Interact with RMAF from Squadron 8 and FBM (Flait Bantuan Materiel - flight material support-) on behalf of ADS; with Local Warehouse and Hangar teams for every demands & material issuance. Interact with DMU (Depoh Materiel Utama - Main Depot Material-) Team for all tax exemption issue.

  • Communicate and follow up with all stakeholders, including freight forwarders for all inbound and outbound shipments, logistic department including warehouse team in MOB (Main Operating Base) and /or ZAL, procurement, etc.., for the follow up of the status of Order Book, MSSR, Central TASM and Export Control.

  • To ensure all the logistic process and customs clearance take place in advance before shipment arrived to Airport or Port to avoid customer issue and storage late charges.

  • Responsible to create RN (repair notification) for material to be shipped for Repair.

  • Perform all necessary checks related to export control regarding local authorities MITI (Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry) or similar.

  • Monitor and resolution of blockades assigned to Local Team/Customer.

  • Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to

  • others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct.

  • Carry out any other task as directed by the superior

Min. Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Requirement: Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years experience

  • Experience in Services/Supply Chain, logistics or material support.

  • C ommunication skills to coordinate different stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage and define processes. Team work skills.

  • English Fluent.

  • SAP knowledge is desirable. MS IT Tools.

  • Customer Oriented.
