Job Description

  • The Associate, Growth Strategy & Planning plays a key role in driving ShopeeFood’s business growth through voucher optimization and pricing optimization initiatives. This role combines analytical thinking, understanding algorithms and competitor monitoring to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, curious, and collaborative, with strong interest in marketing analytics and user behavior.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to optimize ShopeeFood vouchers, shipping fee and other fees.
  • Support strategic initiatives to increase buyer order conversion by identifying the correct voucher and shipping fee investment needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven growth experiments and campaigns.
  • Partner with the marketing team to dispatch vouchers to ensure each of the vouchers are highly targeted.
  • Coordinate marketing, communication, and voucher strategies to improve buyer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze conversion rates, budget spent and order conversion.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
