Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and production planning processes is an added advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity.
- Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor production work orders and follow up on production progress to ensure timely completion and order closure.
- Analyze forecast changes, customer demand fluctuations, and production capacity to optimize planning activities.
- Monitor and control finished goods (FG) inventory levels to support customer demand and minimize excess stock.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery performance to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
