At Keypath Education, we're on a mission to transform access to higher education around the world. As a BI Platform Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the reporting and analytics capabilities that empower our teams and university partners to thrive.

This is more than a reporting role. You'll help shape the future of our analytics ecosystem, building scalable BI solutions on modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, while driving best practices, governance and innovation across the business. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver impactful Power BI dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable business insights.
• Build, optimise and maintain scalable semantic models that support trusted, self-service analytics across the organisation.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, uncover opportunities and deliver solutions that create value.
• Help shape and enhance our enterprise BI platform, driving best practices in reporting design, usability, governance and performance.
• Develop and improve deployment processes using Azure DevOps and CI/CD frameworks to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the user experience.
• Support data governance, security and quality standards to ensure stakeholders can confidently rely on reporting and insights.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing data team that is constantly evolving, learning and innovating.
  
  

About You

You're a curious and solutions-focused BI professional who enjoys bringing data to life. You combine strong technical capability with a passion for understanding business needs and delivering insights that drive action.

You'll Likely Bring

• Experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, DAX, SQL and data visualisation best practices.
• Experience working with modern cloud-based analytics platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric.
• An understanding of BI governance, security and performance optimisation principles.
• Experience supporting deployment and release processes in environments that leverage CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad range of stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for helping others use data to make better decisions.
• A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approaches.
