We are looking for BOILERMAN

Job Summary:
To support the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel facilities and ensuring the reliability of the hotel boiler systems, utilities, and technical operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems and related equipment to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance according to established engineering standards.
Monitor boiler performance, steam supply, fuel consumption, water levels, pressure, and operational efficiency.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate operational records, maintenance reports, and statutory documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, local regulations, and hotel engineering policies.
Work closely with the Engineering team to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond efficiently to emergency situations and technical issues with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements and Skills:
Possess a valid Boilerman Competency Certificate / License recognized by the relevant authority.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel, resort, commercial building, or industrial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of boiler operations, steam systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety standards.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and supervise team members effectively and efficiently.
Able to work independently and adapt to operational requirements, including shift duties.
