Responsible for executing cross‑functional projects that drive the transformation of business processes by ensuring that product management and business systems requirements—used by the cross‑functional team—are supported with the appropriate tools and processes. Plays a key role in controlling and guiding the financial performance of the Houston Product Company through rigorous process and data analysis, the development and automation of business and functional system requirements, and effective project management.

About The Role
Responsible for executing cross‑functional projects that drive the transformation of business processes by ensuring that product management and business systems requirements—used by the cross‑functional team—are supported with the appropriate tools and processes. Plays a key role in controlling and guiding the financial performance of the Houston Product Company through rigorous process and data analysis, the development and automation of business and functional system requirements, and effective project management.
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business objectives and monitor the organization’s financial health.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business units and the Semi‑Chamber Solutions division to deliver insightful financial reports and recommendations that support both tactical and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate accounting standards and local financial regulations.
- Lead financial risk assessments and identify opportunities to optimize cost structures, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, addressing inquiries, and ensuring transparency and compliance with all requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert for the GEMs ERP system, partnering with all functional areas to ensure system configurations align with Atlas Copco standards, local legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Provide professional business control support, including reviewing financial reports for accuracy and conducting financial analysis to improve profitability and overall results.
- Establish connections between functional department needs (Accounting, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, etc.) and corresponding technical system requirements.
- Identify workflow redundancies or inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to enhance process performance.
- Liaise with all functional departments to coordinate, execute, and validate testing activities for system or process changes.
- Act as a Finance BKU (or equivalent) resource by providing guidance, direction, and training to employees at all levels as needed.
- Experience in data analysis, SAP and/or Power BI.
- A high level of customer focus and service orientation is also required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Prior working knowledge of SAP ERP systems is strongly preferred
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficiency in Office365, PowerBI, DAX, SQL language is preferred.
- Good attitude, organized, meticulous, independent and flexible
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business sense; Financial background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
