You operate at the center of cross-functional execution improvement, leading high-impact initiatives that address key challenges across Grid Technology Substation business in Asia Pacific & China.
Your primary focus is to drive special projects and targeted improvement initiatives, solving complex execution topics and delivering tangible results across projects, functions, and countries. You take ownership from problem definition through to implementation, ensuring measurable impact on performance, transparency, and delivery reliability.
To enable this, you act as a business consultant for project execution, consolidating inputs across the portfolio and translating them into structured insights that guide prioritization and shape improvement actions.
In parallel, you maintain a strong focus on execution interfaces across the value chain—including logistics, factories, Service (installation & commissioning), and Substation Automation (Digital Grid). You use these interfaces as a key lens to identify systemic issues, improve cross-functional alignment, and ensure that planning assumptions, dependencies, and handovers are robust and execution-ready.

How You’ll Make An Impact
Special Projects & Improvement Initiatives
- Lead and deliver cross-functional special projects addressing execution challenges, productivity gaps, and critical delivery risks
- Drive targeted improvement initiatives, including performance deep-dives, structured recovery support, and process optimization
- Structure and execute initiatives end-to-end—from problem identification to implementation and measurable outcomes
- Tackle complex, non-standard topics requiring cross-functional coordination and problem solving
- Develop and implement scalable solutions, standards, and best practices that strengthen execution across the region
- Support reporting and alignment towards global team
- Consolidate and structure data across projects, logistics, factories, and service organizations
- Identify trends, root causes, and systemic performance gaps across the portfolio
- Develop fact-based analyses, dashboards, and deep-dives to support prioritization and decision making
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly feed improvement initiatives
- Provide transparency on key execution topics and help focus leadership attention on high-impact areas
- Drive visibility and improvement across key execution interfaces, including:
- Project Logistics (material readiness, transport planning, delivery sequencing)
- Project Factory (manufacturing schedules, readiness, delivery alignment for transformers and switchgear)
- Project Service (Installation & Commissioning) (site readiness, handover quality, execution planning)
- Project Substation Automation / Digital Grid (integration milestones, dependencies, commissioning readiness)
- Experience in business analysis, PMO, consulting, or project execution roles within complex EPC or infrastructure environments
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives or special projects with tangible outcomes
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of project execution environments and multi-interface coordination (logistics, factory, service, digital)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across matrix organizations
- Experience working across AP & China environments with cultural and operational awareness
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in structuring topics for senior stakeholders and cross-functional alignment
