Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver product presentations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and customization.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service and support.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Background in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of plastic packaging or injection molding is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
