Job Description
- Guide Sellers through a carefully designed onboarding program focused on proven strategies to succeed on Shopee
- Identify high potential and strategic Sellers to grow
- Support and educate Sellers on best operational and marketing practices
- Identify products under assigned categories to drive various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
- Analyse data, reports and trends within the business development team
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to better support and effectively communicate with all Shopee Sellers
- Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth
- Open to flexible arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
