Agency Onboarding & Support

i) Facilitate the onboarding process for new agency partners, including:

  • Conducting product briefings to ensure understanding of agency products.

  • Providing guidance on the use of sales and operational tools and systems.

  • Offering handholding support during the first 3 to 6 months to ensure smooth integration and early success.

ii) Act as the primary contact point for new agency partners, addressing queries, driving engagement and building confidence.

Agency Support & Relationship Management

i) Serve as the main contact point to agency partners, providing guidance and support to drive activation, sales performance and growth.

ii) Build strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners to ensure engagement and retention.

Agency Recruitment & Activation

i) Collaborate with the agency recruitment team to identify and onboard high-potential agency partners.

ii) Support agency activation programs to help new agency partners achieve early success.

Agency Performance Monitoring & Support

i) Track key productivity metrics (sales activity, case count, persistency) daily and provide actionable insights.

ii) Offer guidance and support to agency partners to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.

Agency Training & Development

i) Collaborate with the agency academy team to implement structured programs that enhance product

knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.

ii) Conduct training for new agency partners particularly those in financing support programs.

iii) Deliver pre-onboarding product briefings to ensure products assessment completion.

Agency Engagement & Motivation

Organize and support motivational activities, contests, and toppers recognition initiatives to boost morale and performance.

Compliance & Reporting

i) Ensure agency partners adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all activities.

ii) Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for

improvement.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in agency development or agency support within the life insurance industry.

  • Proven track record in activating new agency partners and driving agency productivity.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Passion for people development and team engagement.

  • Ability to manage relationships tactfully and professionally.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
