- Drive and oversee the sales of hire purchase financing products through used car dealers, agents, and strategic partners.
- Expand and strengthen dealer and partner networks to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Formulate and execute business development strategies to increase market share, profitability, and brand visibility.
- Plan, lead, and monitor marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Track industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely recommendations to management.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure efficient loan application processes and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, enhance performance, and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in hire purchase, auto loans, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Established network and strong relationships with used car dealers and automotive partners.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and implementing effective business strategies.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with willingness to travel extensively.
