MPS Meghna Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the steel structure and facade construction sector in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new construction projects and business opportunities
  • Develop client relationships and manage tenders
  • Coordinate with engineering teams
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in construction/business development
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Malaysia construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
