About The Team

The role is responsible for end-to-end management of Digital Products features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.

Job Description

  • Drive product roadmap planning and execution, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy
  • Collaborate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
  • Work with Regional and Local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery, from development through deployment.
  • Monitor and optimise key metrics (e.g. conversion rates, transaction volume, drop-off points, failure rates). Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and support BAU operations.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
  • Experience in Digital Product domains (telco, bill payments, utilities, OTA, or similar lifestyle services) is preferred
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver features in fast-paced environments, combined with strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • High UI/UX sense and user-centric thinking, with ability to translate insights into clear product improvements
  • Fluent communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional local and regional stakeholders in Singapore and Shenzhen
  • Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong ownership mindset
