Summary

As a Captain, you will lead and support a team of servers to deliver exceptional and consistent service to guests within your assigned outlet. You will assist the Outlet Manager and Supervisor in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the outlet in accordance with the established service standards and operational objectives. The role requires providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, while fostering a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Previous work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage outlet is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
• Good administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
