Change, Communications, and Engagement (CCE) Manager Your future position?

As a Change, Communications, and Engagement Manager, you will deliver CCE within the KL delivery center and in global projects across GBS and potentially beyond.

In this exciting role, you will

• Drive all change management, communications, and engagement activities as the CCE business partner for KL DC
• Ensure a strong understanding of the DC’s and stakeholders’ priorities as well as CCE needs
• Offer CCE support based on needs and is proactive with suggestions and proposals for our stakeholders
• Connect the DC and its stakeholders to CCE best practices and solutions that best meet their needs
• Develop and execute strategic change and communications plan for local projects, leadership messaging, employee engagement campaigns, and change narratives tailored to multiple audiences

• 
  Fosters strong sense of community within the KL DC
• Drive, together with main actors in KL (LT, HR, CI, event committees, project teams) the delivery of all communications and engagement related needs for the KL community
• Work hand-in-hand with the local LT to define the communications agenda within the DC, based on alignment with the wider cross-GBS and corporate directives
• Guide all main actors to ensure relevant, employee focused content is delivered on a regular basis through appropriate channels
• Coordinate the delivery of the Purpose roadmap, including committees, for the DC in full alignment with corporate and cross-GBS priorities
• Spotlight success stories and key milestones at the global GBS level to ensure representation of the KL team
• Build business acumen in the DC by partnering with business divisions to align on mutual needs and objectives

• 
  Act as the CCE lead for projects that need hands on change, communications and engagement support at the functional, cross-GBS (global) or local levels Understand project needs and advise on which CCE services would be most appropriate/achievable
• Ensure the delivery of agreed upon needs to meet the needs of the project and final customer
• Coordinate with project team, CCE and/ 2or others in the Givaudan communications network to ensure CCE efforts reach different audiences

Your professional experience includes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or HR preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Possess 7-10 of professional-level experience in HR, communications, change management or related topics.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication and engagement initiatives within any change management or transformation programs
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with experience creating engaging and audience-focused content.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Familiarity with digital communications, engagement platforms. and approaches
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
