- Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and contractor performance to ensure works are completed according to schedule.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and maintenance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify the quality of completed works and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Monitor site safety practices and report any hazards or safety concerns.
- Assist in the review and verification of project handover documents, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
- Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in civil inspection, construction, maintenance, or facility management.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
