About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. In this role, you will manage customer trade claims, rebates, promotions, pricing claims, and deduction activities across the Order-to-Cash process. You will be responsible for ensuring timely claim validation and settlement, reducing aged claims, improving recovery outcomes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong customer experience while protecting company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer claims, rebates, promotions, and pricing deductions accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Manage claims from receipt through resolution and settlement, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and approvals are obtained.
• Monitor and reduce aged claims balances through proactive follow-up, investigation, and recovery actions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and customers to resolve disputes, prevent recurring issues, and minimize invalid deductions.
• Analyze claims trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and reduce future claim exposure.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Claims Management, Trade Promotions, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Customer Financial Services.
• Experience handling trade claims, customer deductions, rebates, promotions, pricing discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of claims aging management, settlement processes, and deduction recovery activities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including claims reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence business outcomes.
