Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Briefing & Requirements Gathering
- Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into clear, well-structured briefs for internal teams (creative/strategy/media/production)
- Support the briefing process to ensure all essential information is included:
- objectives, audience, mandatories, formats, timelines, deliverables
- Help consolidate information across stakeholders so the team can execute smoothly
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Maintain trackers/status documents; ensure tasks, deadlines, and approvals are updated and visible
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders (internal + client)
- Proactively flag risks (scope, timing, missing info) and escalate early with proposed solutions
Meeting Support
- Support meeting preparation: agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Help ensure meeting outputs are captured properly and closed out (owners + deadlines + next steps)
Qualifications
Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Able to commit at least 3 months (Jun–Aug)
- Strong spoken and written English (comfortable writing clear, polished emails and summaries)
- Excellent attention to detail (able to spot gaps, inconsistencies, missing mandatories, and prevent rework)
- Strong organisation and time management; comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through—keeps track of action items and closes loops
- Confident, respectful communicator who can work well with both internal teams and external clients
