Be the first point of contact for customers at events and roadshows.
Create meaningful conversations and memorable customer experiences.
Promote awareness of services, campaigns, and community initiatives.
Engage, assist, and guide customers through the customer journey.
Build strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
Support event activities and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide accurate service information and handle customer inquiries.
Your Role as a Leader / Trainer
