We are looking for Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for enterprise network, SD-WAN, server, virtualization, and cloud environments. The role focuses on incident management, technical troubleshooting, change implementation, security compliance, and service availability while ensuring customer SLA commitments are achieved.
Make an Impact by
Act as Subject Matter Expert with extensive understanding of client’s network setup/design
Provide Technical Support for escalated incident from NOC engineers, troubleshooting and solving the issues
Provide and/or review configurations of complex changes, documenting all changes including and not limited to maintaining network documentation
Manage incidents to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
Review of technical documentation for training materials, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the technical support provided
Focal point for customers technical needs and serves as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their network and aligning their needs with Singtel solution
Skills for Success
Graduate from Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in network support, working with global customers, partners, and cross-functional technical teams
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security
Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies such as MPLS IPVPN, Cloud Connect, BGP, and OSPF
Familiar with enterprise networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet
Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support large-scale network environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
