Corporate Secretarial
- Provide in-house corporate secretarial support across the Group, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, internal policies, and relevant laws
- Prepare and review board papers, resolutions, minutes, and correspondence
- Organise and coordinate Board, Shareholders’, and Management meetings, including pre- and post-meeting processes
- Draft agendas, issue notices, and ensure timely circulation of meeting materials
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes
- Support corporate exercises and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with shareholders, auditors, regulators, and external advisers
- Provide guidance on corporate secretarial matters to internal stakeholders, including regional teams
- Support document management and custodial functions within the secretarial department
