Compensate & Benefits Manager

Your Responsibilities


  • Design and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define suitable outsourcing partners and lead C&B benchmarking projects to maintain a competitive salary structure and benefits system.
  • Provide annual salary and benefits budgets and proposals, ensuring cost-effective packages.
  • Monitor routine C&B operations such as payroll, benefits, and time system management.
  • Maintain and enhance the SAP payroll module to ensure accurate payments and continuously improve the time management system.
  • Assist the HR Manager by providing ongoing C&B-related coaching to HR and other relevant staff.
  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership to forecast compensation budgets and manage cost control.
  • Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by aligning C&B practices with reorganization or restructuring plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (SAP preferred), time management systems, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record in conducting salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and designing competitive compensation structures.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare budgets and cost-effective proposals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach HR staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage outsourcing partners and lead projects with external vendors.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to organizational changes.
