Mengumpulkan jenis informasi yang sering menjadi bahan interaksi antara front liner dengan customer; menerima dan menindaklanjuti permintaan dari eksternal Bogasari melalui saluran telepon & email, tentang informasi produk dan jasa Bogasari, komplain pelanggann atau informasi lainnya terkait dengan Bogasari; memberikan informasi dari pihak internal kepada pihak eksternal Bogasari yang terkait melalui telepon & email seperti informasi tentang permintaan feedback dari customer atas tindakanjut komplain yang telah mereka sampaikan;
