Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
- To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development.
- To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
- To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.
- To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management roles within contract logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or transition management within logistics environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding/implementation projects simultaneously across different locations
