Job Description

• Conduct thorough credit evaluations by reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant documents.
• Prepare detailed credit reports outlining the risks associated with each borrower and make recommendations regarding approval or rejection of loan applications.
• Monitor the performance of existing loans in the portfolio, including tracking payments and identifying potential problems early on.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to credit analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure efficient service delivery.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, economics, or another relevant field.
• Minimum two years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in a commercial bank.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with specialized lending programs such as SME financing would be advantageous.
