Job Requirements

Technical & Kitchen Skills: Interns aren't expected to be master chefs, but you do need to know the basics so you can contribute immediately.

Trainability & Humility: A willingness to accept constructive criticism, follow exact instructions, and perform repetitive tasks.

Punctuality & Reliability: Showing up early, respecting the kitchen hierarchy, and managing your station's time efficiently.

Stress Tolerance: The ability to stay calm, focused, and organized during a high-volume rush.
