Customer Care Support Office Representative- Your future position?
As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, you will provide accurate and timely processing of customer Purchase Orders (POs) and related inquiries for assigned countries. You’ll work closely with your team and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction, building your expertise in order management processes and systems. You will report to the Customer Care Support Office Team Lead.
In this exciting role, you will
Order Processing Receive and enter customer POs in systems accurately and within deadlines.- Customer Care Support Escalate exceptions or customer queries promptly - stakeholders, senior representatives or team leads.
- Continuous Improvement Contribute ideas for simplification and efficiency within the scope of work.
- Collaboration Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Processes Compliance Follow all relevant policies and procedures for consistent quality.

Your professional profile includes
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Preferably in Supply Chain Management, Order Management or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a multicultural shared services environment. Fresh graduate are open to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support China market. Additional languages such as Japanese and Korean is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and a team-oriented personality who thrives in a multicultural environment
- Enthusiastic, proactive, comfortable sharing ideas and insights with the team to foster connection and collaboration.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
