We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Engineer to support our Production and Industrial Printing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-end production/industrial printers at customer sites. You will also act as a key liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of production/industrial printers at client locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing equipment and software.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Train end-users on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and customer feedback.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer service requests.
- Support product upgrades, feature updates, and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines at all times.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required.
- Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is preferred.
- Experience in large format printers, digital press, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
