Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Customer Service Executive . You will be part of our Customer Service team reporting to Customer Service Team Leader. In this role, your mission is to support the Group’s vision of being “First in Mind and First in Choice” by fostering a strong customer-value and customer-care culture, while promoting Atlas Copco’s core values of interaction, innovation, and commitment; manage end-to-end customer service by liaising with customers and business partners on equipment and spare parts orders, ensuring accurate interpretation, timely delivery, and invoicing, and collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technical teams to efficiently meet customer requirements and streamline the sales order process.. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

    • Provide end-to-end customer service support, including handling inquiries, sharing product information, and resolving issues
    • Manage and process customer orders (C4C), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement of processes
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams while acting as a key link between customers and departments
    • Prepare and maintain regular reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) for order tracking and business analysis
    • Support cross-functional coordination (Sales, Credit Control, etc.) and handle customer and internal inquiries
    • Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and support operational excellence initiatives
    • Drive customer relationship management through retention, engagement, and improved service experience
    • Manage customer complaints, ensure resolution, and contribute to product/service improvements
    • Support lead generation and business growth by promoting products and identifying opportunities

Your skills and experience

  • At least 5 years working experience in business organization (sales, marketing, customer service or logistics)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge of ERP (SAP) is essential.
  • Good PC literate knowledge, business intellectual tools, for example PowerBI/Automate will be a plus.
  • Proficient reading, speaking, written in English/Malay.
  • Candidate must have knowledge in Incoterms and Trade Compliance
  • Possess at least Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Possess proactive problem-solving skills, customer orientated, multi-tasking, meticulous, proactive planning, resolving conflicts, analyzing information and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
