Our client, a leading provider in the insurance and employee benefits space, is looking for a Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker) to support their clients' employees and HR teams on medical insurance benefits and claims.

Our client, a leading provider in the insurance and employee benefits space, is looking for a Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker) to support their clients' employees and HR teams on medical insurance benefits and claims.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers regarding medical benefits, claims and employee wellness programmes
- Process and review flexible benefits and self-funded claims, ensuring supporting documents are complete and in line with relevant guidelines
- Assess claims and follow up with employees or HR teams where additional information or documentation is required
- Manage customer complaints and more complex claims-related enquiries through to resolution
- Maintain accurate case records and customer information within the CRM system
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Support the team in maintaining consistent service and contact centre quality standards
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as required
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, contact centre, claims processing or a related role
- Experience within insurance, healthcare, employee benefits or medical claims will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and/or claims management platforms
- Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple enquiries or cases while maintaining accuracy and service quality
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate professionally with customers
- Comfortable working on a rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
